Tested for you: a quick make-up with 3 products from Huda Beauty

Quick make-up is a necessity for me, because I don’t have the time or the leisure to spend hours in the bathroom putting on make-up. And certainly not in the morning. My daily finish has to be quick and look good without making me look “painted on”. As you can see, I am an enthusiastic supporter of the no make-up look.
My three products for ready-to-go make-up
For me, three products are enough for quick-beautiful-lasting. I discovered Huda Beauty at Sephora and their perfect shades for every mood and every occasion. A concealer is a must-have. I prefer creamy variants with medium to high coverage to conceal dark spots, redness and blemishes and brighten dark circles. I also focus on my lips by using a liner and a matching matte lip color.
The Liquid Concealer
The #Faux Filter Luminous Matte Liquid Concealer is exactly what I need. I use it to achieve a matte, skin-like finish that lasts all day and gives the under-eye area a crease-free glow without settling into lines and creases. The concealer contains nourishing sweet almond oil and vitamin E in a lightweight, easy-to-blend formula. With 29 shades to suit all skin tones and undertones, there’s a shade for everyone.
For dark circles, I use a lighter shade than my natural complexion. I apply it to the inner corner of the eye and blend it outwards with a brush. This allows me to work thinner than with the integrated cushion applicator. To conceal imperfections, the color should match the skin tone exactly. Dab onto the spot, allow to absorb, then blend outwards only slightly to maintain coverage. Proceed in the same way for redness.

The velvety-matt lip pencil
I always make sure that the contour pencil is not too hard and scratches my lips. The “Lip Contour 2.0 Automatic Pencil” has just the right consistency so that it is easy to apply and creates a matte finish. The tip can be twisted open and retracted as needed. A mini sharpener (yay!) is included at the other end of the liner. The 12 universal shades are vegan, waterproof and guaranteed to last for six hours.
To trace my lip contours, I start with an “X” on the cupid’s bow to create the curve and then draw a line in the bottom center of the lips. Then I connect them at the corners to create a full lip line. I also like to go further into the lip red with the contour pencil to intensify the lipstick that follows and make it last longer.

The smudge-proof lipstick
For me, the most important thing about the “Liquid Matte Ultra-Comfort Transfer-Proof Lipstick” is that it is beautifully matte but does not dry out the lips. Huda Beauty describes it as “buttery-matte”. In fact, the innovative formula is enriched with a nourishing blend of lycopene, olive oil, vitamins and essential fatty acids. It achieves brilliant color coverage with a pleasant, feather-light feel. And remains smudge-proof for around eight hours.
With the sponge applicator, the liquid lipstick can be applied without any mess, even without a lip liner. Wait 30 seconds and the matte finish appears. You can touch it up at any time. And with 16 colors, there is the right one for every time of day and every outfit. By the way, my lip make-up favorite for summer is the orange-red “Slaytina”.
