Tested for you: Drinking ampoules “A4 Impulse” from A4 Cosmetics

The drinking ampoules from the Munich-based beauty company A4 Cosmetics contain a unique combination of valuable ceramides and collagen peptides. Both are almost a guarantee for more beautiful and firmer skin. But why do these substances need to be added? Quite simply. In young skin, ceramides act as so-called cell cement to ensure that it is well moisturized, smooth and elastic. During this period of life, the body produces sufficient amounts of ceramides itself. However, production decreases over time. From the age of 30, the ceramide content is reduced and the cohesion of the keratinocytes becomes looser. As long as the ceramide-rich epidermis stretches over the collagen scaffold of the dermis, moisture is retained in the underlying supporting scaffold of fibrous-elastic collagen strands. If the cellular cement becomes “holey”, the collagen fibers lose moisture. They become thinner, dry out and become brittle. In addition, the formation of new collagen also decreases with age. The structural framework visibly shrinks, no longer has any supporting power and the dermis loses its elasticity. The visible result: the skin becomes increasingly saggy. Drinking ampoules with ceramides and collagen peptides I tested the “A4 Impulse” drinking ampoules for three months. You can’t expect quick miracles even from such a high-quality nutricosmetic. The body needs at least eight weeks to be able to counteract the age-related changes in the skin in the long term. And: despite the important nutrients they contain, collagen drink ampoules should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. I took one ampoule a day, preferably before breakfast on an empty stomach, as this is when the active ingredients are best absorbed by the body, and during the day and especially in the morning, the metabolism is more active and the nutrients supplied can be better distributed. It is important to shake the ampoule well before use. I have to admit that the A4 drinking ampoules taste much better than some of the nutricosmetics I have already tested. I even find the taste pleasantly fruity. In addition to the main ingredients already mentioned, the drinking ampoules contain fructooligosaccharides (FOS). These are special dietary fibers of plant origin. The beauty drink also contains vitamin C and vitamin E. Vitamin C supports the natural formation of collagen in the skin, while vitamin E helps to protect the skin from oxidative stress caused by damaging free radicals. These are activated by sunlight or stress, among other things, attack the skin cells and thus also accelerate skin ageing.… weiterlesen
