The Power Of Thought – Throwing Old Beliefs and Thought Patterns Overboard

We are constantly thinking, but we are rarely aware that we are thinking. This unconscious autopilot enables us to free up capacity to learn new things. Motivational coach Roger König gives valuable tips. The power of thought. The problem begins when our autopilot is programmed incorrectly. In this case, we perceive the world in a distorted way because our negative thoughts and experiences cloud our vision. Negative thinking, which we often associate with previous bad experiences, can act like invisible chains that restrict us in our actions and thoughts. These patterns are deeply rooted in us – they often developed in childhood and have a lasting impact on our self-image. This physical reaction shows that our brain cannot distinguish whether something is real or only exists in our imagination. This is exactly how our negative thinking works – they directly influence our emotions and physical processes.
